ARK Realty LLC is based in Bucyrus, Ohio, and is passionate about serving North Central Ohio! That’s why we opened a second office in Ashland. Our Owner and Broker, Alexa Kamenik, has been around real estate for many years. Growing up with a mother who was a realtor paved the way for where she is today. Her mother obtained her real estate license in 2007. Attending open houses and watching her mother help clients find and sell homes caused Alexa to want to do the same. She went on to get her real estate salesperson license in May of 2014. After receiving her degree in Business Management and graduating from college in May of 2016, Alexa obtained her broker’s license in October of that same year. ARK Realty LLC opened its doors on October 21, 2016.

The goal of ARK Realty LLC is to build lasting relationships with clients and learn about each unique story to better help them find their ultimate dream home. The best part of real estate for Alexa is that each day is a new and different experience– a new opportunity to help someone.
